All orders will be shipped from our fulfillment location using
standard UPS ground service, Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Orders will
be shipped within 1-3 days You may request a priority service such
as overnight or 2 day delivery and pay the additional shipping charges. When
choosing a priority service this will only shorten the actual delivery time
once shipped from our location. With either service the time between receiving
your order & shipping it will remain 1-3 days. If your order qualifies
for free delivery** we will pick up the cost of standard delivery only, if
you should request a priority service the cost difference will be reflected
on your actual billing statement. Shipping cost are calculated on US Dollar
amount of order total.**

**Please note that additional shipping charges may apply when ordering heavy

If additional
shipping charges are required we will e-mail you prior to shipping.
We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however we can make a mistake
and send you an item you did not order. In this case return it and we will
pay for the return shipping and promptly ship out the correct item orderd waiving the outbound shipping fee. Wrongly shipped items MUST be returned in their original un-opened package with all documentation in order for proper credit.
If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging
and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier.
We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation. |
